Donetsk governor thinks Parubiy’s statement on visas for Russians was inconsiderate

The development of trade in Ukraine is often hampered by inconsiderate and emotional top decisions. This was announced today during a meeting between the chairman of Donetsk Regional State Administration Sergey Taruta and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Pavel Sheremet.

"Parubiy’s yesterday statement to introduce visas, I think, it was absolutely inconsiderate, it is not in the interests of Ukraine, and this is another area of contradictions," Taruta said.

According to the governor, there are already big problems in custom clearance on the border.

"So I think that there should not be such actions on our part. This political rhetoric should be removed now. Our task is contrary: to develop economic relations," he added.
