All civilians have left the settlement of Shyrokyne, Donetsk region, according to the OSCE Monitoring mission press service. On June 29, the situation was relatively quiet. The monitors remarked that there are more destroyed houses there, and about 80% of houses are ruined.
Smugglers get profit from 50 thousand to 100 thousand hryvnyas for the delivery of one piece of cargo to the occupied territory in the east of Ukraine. The information was presented by Vitaly Malikov, Head of Anti-terrorist Centre.
In occupied Donetsk, illegal “DPR” organization members adopted a document under the title of MM act. According to it, only those MM which are controlled by “DPR” have the right to work on the occupied territory.
According to a representative of the illegal organization, Oleksandr Malkov, who calls himself a “DPR parliament deputy” , the document is about private channels which pursue “their own policy”. He says, “In the present situation, one should not think about property and who it belongs to. One should think whether this property meets the requirements of the state in the person of the head of the state, of the state which is represented by the people’s council, whether it presents comprehensive information or reflects the view of some particular party.”
Donetsk filtration station was heavily shelled. As a result, about half a million of people are without water. Donetsk filtration station is the only source of water supply for Kuibyshevsky, Kyrovsky, Petrovsky, and Leninsky districts of Donetsk, of Avdiivka, Yasinuvata and a part of Yasinuvata district.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has obtained information about the deterioration of the situation with paying out pensions to people who registered themselves in the “pension fund” of illegal “DPR”. In April and May the pensions were paid at the expense of the money given by the Russian Federation – 4.3 billion roubles. The “DPR” budget does not have 1.9 billion to pay the pension in July. The SSU remarks that this state of affairs influences negatively the social and political situation in the region and causes sporadic protests.
On June 30, deputies of Mariupol city council made the decision at the session to allocate 2.9 mln UAN to the restoration of residential houses and compensation to 82 victims of the terrorist act.
