The main news of the Donbas: Separatists complained to Obama about Poroshenko; “L-DPR ask Ukraine not to pay pensions to Donbas residents

Members of illegal “DPR” and “LPR” send so-called “formal” letters to the Pension Fund of Ukraine asking them not to pay pensions to some particular people because these people get pensions from terrorists. The information was presented by Oleksiy Zarudny, Head of the Ukrainian Pension Fund. According to him, the Pension Fund does not respond to the letters. He said that one-time payments to the citizens of the Donbas by “L-DPR” do not influence the Ukrainian pensions of the people.

Militants are accumulating heavy armaments near the occupied town of Komsomolske, Donetsk region which is located to the north-east of Mariupol. The information was presented by Alexander Hug, Deputy Chief of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. According to him, the armaments are also deployed in the south near Solntsevo along the settlement of Hranitne controlled by Ukraine.

Hug also informed that during one week 2000 residents of occupied Dokuchayevsk lost their jobs because of the local factory closure.

In occupied Zhdanivka, Donetsk region, 2 miners perished in “Yuzovska” mine where water stormed out from a conserved excavation and flooded the drift.

Illegal “L-DPR” addressed presidents of France, the FRG, the USA asking them to influence the President of Ukraine and the members of the ruling coalition.  Separatists made a statement about that in Donetsk on July 2. They said that heads of these states can influence Ukrainian leaders. Separatists also claimed that the Minsk Agreements are on the verge of collapse.

At the same time, a member of “DPR” Andriy Purhin stated that his organization will not have any talks on the peaceful settlement of the conflict with the United States. As he said, “We can’t have talks with a combatant. In this case the USA supports Ukraine, so it is a party of the conflict”.
In the occupied part of the Luhansk region, members of the illegal grouping of “LPR” are serving mobilization notices, according to a human rights activist, Valeriya Novikova. In occupied Alchevsk people are asked to come to the military recruitment office to clarify details to form the “LPR armed forces” reserve.
