Mariupol residents commemorated victims of the Revolution of Dignity
On November 21, Mariupol residents gathered on Svobody square to mark the second anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity and to commemorate all its victims. Despite the windy and cold weather, about 200 people gathered on the square which used to host Lenin monument.
Militants opened fire in the directions of Donetsk and Artemivsk
During the day, militants opened fire in the directions of Donetsk and Artemivsk. Armed separatists shelled Pisky, Maryinka, Zaitseve and Mayorsk using gredane launchers, machine guns and small arms.
A militant who was plannung a terrorist attack was detained in Lysychansk
A “DPR” militant who was planning a terrorist attack in Rubizhne was detained in Lysychansk (the Luhansk region). He was carrying a map of the town of Rubizhne where the object he had to blow up and the way to approach it and to recede from it were marked. During the investigation it turned out that the militant was a 19-year-old local who was an active member of the “DPR” faction.
Two men injured in a wiretrap explosion on Karachun Mount
Two men who went to Karachun Mount to gather wood were wounded in the legs by pieces of a shell when they tripped a wire trap. As the injured explained later, they had gone to the Mount to gather loose birch sticks to make brooms.
