Work of government services is partly paralysed by the Cabinet of Ministers

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, starting from December 8, the state registration service suspended all kinds of activity on the territory of Mariupol and Kramatorsk. The state registration service representatives explained that, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, Mariupol is on the list of the territories in the ATO zone which makes it nearly equal to occupied Donetsk.
