ATO Headquarters report that the situation in the ATO zone deteriorates. The number of shellings has increased two times compared to yesterday and militants tried to seize one of UAF strongholds in Hranitne vicinity. The infromation was presented by ATO press service.
Andriy Lysenko, PA spokesperson on ATO related issues, reports that 2 Ukrainian servicemen perished and 10 were wounded in the ATO zone in the last 24 hours.
News from the territory controlled by Ukrainian Government
Ihor Stokoz, acting deputy head of Donetsk regional military and civil administration reported that about 60% of Donbas children have never left the territory of Ukraine.
Residents of several blocks of flats in Livoberezhny district of Mariupol protest against installing a gas meter. Senior citizens who live in houses 74 ans 76, Pobedy street, claim that some flats are rented by IDPs and other tenants who are not registered. The information was presented by “Donbas Public TV”.
Water supply pipeline was restored in frontline Avdiivka to improve the quality of drinking water which residents get.
Payment of pensions was suspended for 20 thousand IDPs who are registered in the city of Kramatorsk. 2 thousand people addressed authorities asking to resume payment in March. Besides, there were 80 cases when employees of the Pension Fund had to visit bedridden pensioners after they had got information from volunteers. 45 865 people addressed Kramatorsk Pension Fund reregister them on Ukrainian terriotry to be able to get pensions. The information was presented by Viktoria Yeltaryova, head of Kramatorsk department of the Pension Fund, reports 6264.

Denis Pushylin and Vladyslav Deynego, representatives of the political wing of the “LPR” and “DPR” illegal factions, claim that deployment of the OSCE police mission can result in full-blown hostilities in the region.
