On November 10, militants continued shelling ATO positions, the positions in Artemivsk and Donetsk direction were fired at. Mayorsk and Zaitseve were shelled using 82 mm mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms. A battle between ATO forces and militants took place in the vicinity of Novozvanivka.

Luhansk region entrepreneurs to get 2 mln UAH from UNDP and Japan
Luhansk region entrepreneurs are to get 2 mln UAH from the UN Development Programme and the Government of Japan. The total sum of the grants awarded for setting up or restoring a business is 2 125 840 on the first stage. There are 13 projects among the winners.
Akhmetov's company may suspend the work of all its enterprises
“Metinvest” financial group can suspend the work of all of its enterperises due to a halt of VAT reimbursement to Akhmetov's plants. The company claims that all its plants were switched off from the system of automatic VAT reimbusement in November 2015 and the VAT refund may be conducted “manually”, but the company does not know the sum which is to be refunded.
OSCE: Queues of hundreds of cars remain at the Donbas checkpoints
Queues consisting of hundreds of cars still remain at the Donetsk region checkpoints. The mission monitors claim that they witnessed a queue of about 300 vehicles at the checkpoint 20 km away from Donetsk. The cars were waiting to enter the unoccupied Ukrainian territory. About 150 cars which were waiting for a permission to enter the territory which is controlled dy the “DPR” illegal organization were observed at Novotroitske checkpoint, 32 km to the south from Donetsk. About 20 cars were waiting in the queue in the opposite direction.
