Security Service of Ukraine opened a case against the self-proclaimed "governor" of Donetsk region

Security Service in the Donetsk region opened proceedings against the so-called commander of "people's militia of Donbas" Pavel Gubaryov on suspicion of violation of territorial integrity of Ukraine.

This was said by the First Deputy of General Prosecutor  Nikolai Golomsha on the "Public Radio" - transmits Espreso.TV.

"Investigation Department in Donetsk region started criminal investigation, under procedural guidance of the Donetsk region Prosecutor's Office,  against the self-proclaimed governor of the Donetsk region Gubaryov  according to Part 1  Article 110 of the Criminal Code" -  Golomsha said.

He also noted that law enforcement officers see Gubaryov’s actions  as incitements  to commit deliberate actions in order to change the boundaries of the territory of Ukraine.

Let’s recall, the commander of the so-called "people's militia of Donbas" Pavel Gubarev, who was declared a governor of the Donetsk region by a crowd of separatists, asks the President of Russia to send his troops to Donetsk.
